*Streamlined process for Analysts throughout command to determine fraudulent use of company credit cards. Worked with Bank of America to receive training manuals for analysts and to personalize monthly reports to our specifications.
*Sold the most insurance products by month end: five ten-year home & auto security plans worth $8,500. Insurance products were attached to refinanced mortgages. Branch received district recognition and received free plans as a reward.
