An easy to follow posting template allows you to insert unlimited job descriptions, qualifications, benefits, comments and detailed text or html regarding how to apply. Your job appears live at the moment you click "Save"

JOB POSTING MANAGEMENT

Log into your online account. Your account allows for unlimited simultaneous online users. Modify, Swap or Delete any data field at anytime as often as you wish. For example, If Job # A is posted and the position is filled you can replace Job # A with a different job – Job # B for the duration of the original posting period. A free 30 day posting extension is available with certain purchases.

JOB SELECTION SERVICES

Each word used in your job posting is key word searchable to insure job seekers find your company profile and job postings quickly. Your posting is coded with a set of spinning stars to insure your posting appears in the first 20 jobs shown to the job seeker. Online advertising studies show job seekers focus on the first 20 jobs resulting from their search string. Our posting template provides an optional data field (Power Keywords) for listing synonyms, antonyms, slang, industry terms or other words an applicant might use to find your job postings. Each Power Keyword is activated and will display your job posting as if the key words appeared in your job description.

Each Diversity.com client is provided a custom career web page containing a comprehensive business profile, a logo display and lists active job postings. The company’s logo is featured on our home page in one of our Best of Diversity sections - Best Diversity Employer, Culture@Work or Hiring Now.

RESUME DATA BASE ACCESS

Clients with active job postings are encouraged to search our private resume data pool as often as they wish. There is no limit on the number of simultaneous online recruiters conducting searches. Unlimited resume search is free to employers with active account job postings . Resume search only services are not available for purchase.

COMPANY DIVERSITY BRANDING

Each client is provided a custom career web page containing a business profile, a suite of media items such as logos, pop-up graphics, product images and out bound links to their company’s website. The extent of media items applied to your account is dependent of which Prestige Job Ad package is purchased. All custom web page creation and profile maintenance is provided by Diversity.com staff and is subject to your approval.
