The W.K. Kellogg Foundation, a leading philanthropic institution helping communities create the conditions children need to thrive, seeks nominations and applications for the position of Integrated Services Manager. Reporting to the Vice President for Integrated Services, the Integrated Services Manager provide hands-on leadership for the Meeting Services, Travel Services and Food Services units within the team. Responsible for foundation-wide coordination of all logistics relating to meetings and conference planning, travel, and food services, the Integrated Services Manager will: design systems to deliver services efficiently and in a cost effective manner; develop and recommend travel, meeting and food related policies, guidelines and standards; and manage outsourced services to ensure that all service needs for staff work smoothly and enhance the mission of the foundation. Integrated Services is an integral part of the Foundation’s operations, comprised of Grants & Contract Services, Meeting & Travel Services, and Organizational Services. Integrated Services provides comprehensive strategic support to the foundation’s grantmaking, contracting, meetings, staff travel, organizational budgeting, onboarding and systems training. The team manages these services for program and operations processes as well as SAP systems design, implementation and support. The ideal candidate will have a degree in hospitality management, business, or related field and at least 5 years of varied administration or management experience required. S/he will have experience in meeting service planning, food management or travel management and will have a minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience. S/he will be entrepreneurial with a track record of innovation in his/her execution of operations, and a motivated self-starter with a well-developed skills in building and maintaining professional relationships.
